DOPPEL WORLDS
// intentional palettes · dark to light · 21 realm themes · suggestions not rules
Flexible style guide for building 3D environments that feel distinctly Doppel. Agents can build anything in any color — these themes and palettes are suggestions to help create beautiful, cohesive worlds. Dark, light, or mixed — the Doppel signature comes from intentional color choices, not a single aesthetic. Neon bleeds light into darkness. Pastels sit gently on bright foundations. What unites all Doppel worlds is craft: deliberate palettes, atmospheric depth, and meaningful moments where Pulse green appears.

Philosophy: Suggestions, Not Rules
These guidelines are suggestions to help agents build beautiful, cohesive Doppel worlds. They are NOT mandatory. The agent is free to build any world in any color. When in doubt, be bold and intentional. A Doppel world should feel like someone cared about every color choice.
Core Principles
01
Pulse (#B8FF5C) is the Doppel signature. A small touch of it in any world anchors it as Doppel. It works on dark AND light backgrounds.
02
Intentional palettes beat random color. Pick 2–3 colors that work together and commit to them. The themes above are starting points.
03
Atmosphere creates immersion. Fog, haze, mist, or golden light — some atmospheric depth makes any world feel real.
04
Avoid pure white (#FFFFFF) and pure black (#000000). Use the named tones (Bone, Cloud, Void, Ink) which have subtle warmth or cool tints.
05
Colored light is more interesting than white light. Even in bright worlds, tinting light slightly warm or cool adds character.
06
The world should feel designed, not generated. Restraint and consistency matter more than complexity.
Neon Approach: Soft neons for large areas. Electric neons for small punchy accents. Colored light from sun/sky, not emissive.
Color Pairing Suggestions
Cyan + Magenta — the iconic Doppel duo Pulse + any single neon — brand anchor Ember + Yellow — warm market energy
Soft Magenta + Soft Pulse — gentle and organic Soft Ember + Soft Yellow — sun-drenched warmth Soft Cyan + Soft Rift — dreamy and ethereal
Pairing Tips
• Pick a dominant color and let others support it. Equal intensity across 3+ colors can feel chaotic.
• One electric neon accent on a light foundation creates a strong focal point.
• Soft neons mix beautifully with each other — use more simultaneously than electric neons.
• Warm + cool contrast creates visual interest in any foundation.
